Our Team
Blake Terry is a Modesto, California native who played basketball at Life Pacific University. There he led his conference in 3PT percentage at 51% and FT percentage at 88%. After college Blake went on to play professionally in Spain for Peñarroya where he led the team in scoring and helped them back into playoff contention. Which then allowed his team to ascend to a higher division during his time in Spain. Now Blake is dedicated to sharing his experiences with the next generation.
Cecily Terry (Wilson) grew up in Gilbert, Arizona where she attended Mesquite High School where she started on varsity all four years and led her team in scoring, rebounds, and steals. Her senior year she was named Big School Player of the Year. After high school Cecily went on to play division 1 basketball at Long Beach State where she was 51% from the FG, 32% from the 3PT, and 72% from FT. During her JR. year at Long Beach she helped her team to their first NCAA Tournament since 1992.

We are based in East Valley of Arizona, we provide skills training to all surrounding cities such as Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and Florence

At True Competitor Training we are a Christian based nonprofit organization that provides athletes with professional level basketball skills training that helps them reach their maximum potential as athletes. We strive to provide a safe, authentic, and honest environment that allows athletes to focus on their growth not just physically but spiritually.
